If you're just starting out, it's a good idea to apply daily until you notice you've gone 24 hours odor free. From there, you can begin to experiment with how often you need to apply.

Swipe onto clean, dry underarms or other body parts as needed. Apply 2 to 3 swipes every morning for the best all-day experience. Sniffing after applying is highly recommended.
